FAQ
Common questions about Fab Shop Supply powder coating booths, dust collectors, and filter purge kits. Designed and built in Attica, Indiana.
What sizes do you offer?
Current powder coating booth options include the 10×8×8 powder coat booth and the 7×7×10 powder coat booth. See the full powder coat booths collection.
Can working depth be adjusted?
Working depth can be set in 2-ft sections. Tell us what you need when you inquire so we can confirm the best stock configuration for your parts.
Single-phase or three-phase electrical?
Our 10×8 electrical package can be set up for single-phase or three-phase to match your shop utility. Confirm your available power when you contact us so we build to the correct configuration.
What is typical lead time?
Typical lead time is about 3 weeks from order start. Timing can vary with options and schedule—email us for a current estimate.
How does the equipment ship? Do I assemble it?
Equipment ships as an unassembled kit with manuals. The customer assembles on site. Kits ship LTL freight from Attica, Indiana, or pickup from our Attica shop is welcome.
How does freight work?
When shipping, we try to estimate LTL freight before deposit when possible. Buyer pays LTL freight when shipped; pickup from our shop (1334 E Main St, Attica) is welcome as well.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required to start. Balance is due when ready to ship. Email info@fabshopsupply.com for current order terms.
What about the filter purge kit?
The filter purge kit requires compressed air (contact us for details). It is configurable for powder coating or sandblasting duty. Do not guess air requirements—confirm with us for your setup.
Can I buy a dust collector only? What about sandblast rooms or retrofits?
Yes. The 10×8 dust collector is available on its own for powder coating or sandblast use, including sandblast room and used-booth retrofit applications. Pair with a purge kit configured for your process. We can also provide a 7×7 dust collector depending on the application (for example how big the sandblasting room is)—10×8 remains the main listed size; ask us about 7×7.
What warranty do you offer?
We stand behind what we build. If something is defective, contact us and we will work with you. We do not publish a long legal warranty document—email us with the issue and details.
