Many shops already have a sandblast enclosure—shipping container, used booth, or purpose-built room—and only need serious dust collection. Fab Shop Supply builds a 10×8 dust collector in Attica, Indiana for powder coating or sandblast duty, including retrofit installs. We can also provide a 7×7 dust collector depending on the application (for example how big the sandblasting room is)—10×8 remains the main listed size; ask us about 7×7.
Shipping container and used-booth retrofits
Container blast rooms and older booth shells can work hard if airflow and filtration keep up. A standalone dust collector lets you keep the structure you have and upgrade the collector side. Confirm ducting path, footprint, and utility before you order.
FSS 10×8 dust collector
The 10×8 dust collector is designed for real shop use—powder coating or sandblasting. It ships as a kit with manuals; you assemble on site. Typical lead time is about 3 weeks. When shipping, we try to estimate LTL freight before deposit when possible. Buyer pays LTL freight when shipped; pickup from our Attica shop is welcome as well. Need a smaller collector? A 7×7 dust collector is available by inquiry depending on your enclosure size.
Purge configuration for sandblast
Sandblast work is continuous and abrasive. Use a filter purge kit configured for sandblasting (not powder-only). The purge kit requires compressed air—contact us for details rather than guessing requirements. We configure kits for powder coating or sandblasting based on your process.
What to send when you inquire
